Refund policy
Please contact us for any return inquiries. Once we have confirmed the veracity of the case, the reviewed instance will give rise to an obligation on our part to refund the customer wholly for the product.
However, the following reasons for returning your product will not be accepted:
- If the coffee/product is being returned because the customer decides they no longer want it.
- If you don’t receive the packet due to an error by the courier/logistics company.
- If you cause the failure of delivery by the courier/logistics company.
- Other occasions where GAMA nor the courier/logistics company can be held accountable.
